THE KOGAN OBESITY EDUCATION SITE

Creating opportunities for personal experiences empowers people to make decisions about their health care. With the support of Ellen Kraftsow-Kogan and Mark E. Kogan, Einstein created The Kogan Obesity Education Site to provide access to information which interested patients can access from the privacy of their own home. In partnership with the Einstein Bariatrics Center, the site offers bariatric patients the opportunity to seek out the resources to learn about the condition in a place that is private, secure, and personal. Utilizing a digital strategy designed to be approachable, information-driven, and accessible, the site is quickly attracting new users and providing new ways of engaging with potential, existing, and past patients. The site is reinforcing the sentiment – Einstein Bariatrics is “with you every step of the way.”
